Lead time depends varies according to work volumes or the nature of your order but in most cases it is 10 to 20 working days.

No installation will be done by a builder, handyman or DIY.

How can the product be protected against weathering?
Standard external products are treated to protect from moisture however it is highly recommended that you
follow painting instructions for care of external products.

Is there a product guarantee?
Yes. In addition to your rights under consumer law most products come with a 10 year manufacturers warranty. 
LOSP treated products have a 25 year limited guarantee.

Can we supply our own timber?
Yes. In mosts cases you can supply your own timber providing all fixing materials such as nails have been removed and is free of all
hazardous chemicals and substances.

Can products be returned for refund?
Products from the standard heritage product range can be returned for exchange or refund. 
Custom made products that are made exclusively for you, to your design and specifications cannot be exchanged and are non refundable.
