Payment
Payment in full is required at the time your order is confirmed for all 'sale' items.
All other items a deposit of 30% is required at the time of order. The balance is required prior to pick up or delivery. Cash, direct bank transfer or credit card - MasterCard or Visa are accepted.

Delivery Policy

We offer a reliable and affordable delivery service to all areas worldwide. If you're unsure about delivery to your area, please contact us between 8.30am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday, or 10am to 1pm Saturday and Sunday AEST.

For Home Delivery orders we prefer a street address but will accept a PO Box for standard parcels if preferred. Unfortunately, for big and bulky parcels we can only accept a street address.

For Pick-up orders, the we will contact you via email or SMS when your order is ready to be collected.

Pick-up of your order is required within 7 days of receiving notification that your order is ready.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are based upon the quantity, size and your location. Once delivery charges have been calculated you will be advised prior to confirmation of your order or payment made.
Delivery Times
Home delivery orders will be delivered to your nominated address between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.
Pick-up orders can be collected from Auburn Woodturning at 11 Prime St Thomastown upon receiving notification that your order is ready to be picked up, it can be collected between 8.30am to 3.00pm Monday to Friday.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, we'll send you a confirmation email.
Delivery Acceptance
All home delivery orders are given an 'Authority To Leave' unless you specify otherwise. You will be provided with the estimated delivery date. PLEASE NOTE We have no control over delivery times once a parcel has been dispatched to the carrier.
Pick-up of your order is required within 7 days of receiving notification that your order is ready.
