Can I return items?

Standard Range Heritage Products
Products from the standard heritage range can be returned within 7 days of receipt. Items must be intact and in perfect condition as they were sent. They must also be free of any damage, paints, stains or fixings. Items can be returned back to us via the post or delivered directly to Auburn Woodturning at 135 Bastings St Northcote Victoria 3070. 

If the item/s is large or bulky, please contact us between 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday AEST.

*Please note that our Refund Policy applies to the return of all products purchased.

If you have requested an exchange of a standard product that you’ve purchased, we’ll do our best to fulfill your request as soon as possible, however please note that this is subject to stock availability. 

We reserve the right to charge you for any postage costs incurred for returns, should a refund or exchange be declined or if you’ve changed your mind.

Made to Order Products
Made to Order products that have been made exclusively for you, to your specified design, material and/or measurements cannot be exchanged or refunded. Please check your specifications carefully and the invoice received at the time of deposit  to ensure all the details of your order are correct. Please notify us immediately if they are not.

Returns to 

You can return items that you have purchased to the address above for exchange or refund. We will assess the items and determine whether a refund or exchange will be offered in accordance with our Refund Policy. Refunds will be issued in the same form of tender, therefore if you paid for your order by credit card then your credit card will be refunded. 

Returns by Post or Courier

Returns should be addressed as noted above. Please ensure you use a carrier that will provide a tracking receipt so that you can track your return and ensure it is delivered back to us.
